DMP Flex 350 high-performance metal additive manufacturing system is a heavy duty alternatively to the traditional metal manufacturing processes: With a build volume of 275 x 275 x 380 mm (10.82 x 10.82 x 14.96 in) it offers reduced waste, greater speeds of production, short set up times and very dense metal parts with excellent mechanical properties.

DMP Flex 350 is designed for flexible application use for R&D projects, application development or serial production. Yet it is easily scalable for volume part production. Quick-swap build modules and fast powder recycling speed up production. A central server manages print jobs, materials, settings and maintenance for 24/7 productivity. Metal additive manufacturing software 3DXpert is the industry's most powerful tool to prepare and optimize part data quickly, enabling rapid design for metal additive manufacturing to shorten production time and increase part precision. 3D Systems’ DMP platform design enables customers to scale from the DMP Flex 350 to the DMP Factory 350 as their production needs evolve within their factory environment.

Advanced Quality Assurance

Advanced Manufacturing requires close monitoring and inspection of process variables for quality assurance. DMP Monitoring is a process monitoring and non-destructive quality control system, providing a wealth of data for 2D visual analysis. DMP Inspection automates the analyses of this data using algorithms that closely correlate to traditional inspection methods in order to speed up the part validation process with 3D visualization for Lack of Fusion, warpage, down-facing surface roughness and recoating quality which allows for root-cause-analysis and correction in one single software solution. During your manufacturing process the software module integrated in 3DXpert All-in-One Metal AM software allows you to effectively ensure consistent part quality and reduce costly secondary inspection.
