Overview
Operating in an inert gas-protected atmosphere, the system uses a PLC-controlled AC rotary table to rotate and tilt the workpiece through 360 degrees. Combined with air vibration and an air gun, this ensures that residual powder inside complex parts is thoroughly removed.
The system enables effective powder recovery while helping to protect both the environment and operator safety. It is equipped with pressure monitoring, oxygen-content detection, and a fully sealed glove box design.
Optional features include forklift-assisted handling components and a powder circulation system, which can support residual powder recovery, powder sieving, powder transport, and related processes.
