Blue Laser Technology

By using the M600 print head, the Meltio Robot Cell also incorporates Blue Laser technology. The 450 nm wavelength blue lasers provide significantly higher processing speeds compared to traditional near-infrared and green lasers. In addition, their shorter wavelength results in higher absorption rates, which reduces energy consumption. This advantage expands the range of compatible materials, making the Meltio Robot Cell particularly effective for reflective metals such as copper and aluminum.

Open Material System

The Meltio Robot Cell is compatible with standard BS300 wire spools, typically holding 15 kg of wire. It can also be adapted to accommodate larger wire drums exceeding 100 kg, significantly increasing uninterrupted printing time for large-scale applications. The system supports a wide selection of metal materials, including stainless steel, tool steel, titanium, Inconel, and other specialty alloys. Its open material platform enables users to source wire from multiple suppliers, which can help reduce material costs and expand application possibilities.
