Overview

The Meltio Engine Integration Kit enables metal 3D printing for near-net-shape production, part repair, and the addition of features to existing components.

Hybrid manufacturing

Combine metal 3D printing and CNC machining in a single setup to produce complex parts with precise machined features.

Geometry freedom

Produce large metal parts with no fixed build volume. The maximum part size is determined by the working range of the motion system.

Retrofitting

Add metal 3D printing to a CNC machine with the Meltio Engine, creating a hybrid manufacturing system that combines metal deposition and machining.

Part repair

Repair and upgrade metal components cost-effectively with metal 3D printing, adding material or new features to existing parts.
